Konndor Industries recognises the immense opportunity in modernising Indian farming practices and has established a Farming Business division that combines traditional knowledge with contemporary agricultural science.

We operate agricultural land and engage in commercial crop cultivation, with a focus on high-value crops, organic produce, and agri-commodities that have strong domestic and export demand. Our farms use precision agriculture techniques, drip irrigation, soil health management, and crop rotation to maximise yield sustainably.

Beyond primary cultivation, we are building farm-to-market supply chain capabilities that reduce post-harvest losses, connect farmers directly with buyers, and add processing value before products reach end consumers.

We also collaborate with local farming communities through contract farming arrangements that provide assured procurement, technical support, and fair pricing — improving rural livelihoods while securing raw material supply for our operations.
